Drexel Building Supply plans to merge with Wisconsin-based McMahon and Company, a supplier of doors and millwork in a deal that will be made official on Dec. 31. Family-owned McMahon and Company was established in 1996 and employs 50 people in Jackson, Wis.

Drexel Building Supply announced it plans to integrate the McMahon business into eastern, central, and north central Wisconsin to focus on efficiency and quality, according to a social media post announcing the merger. Patrick McMahon, Sean McMahon, Kim Mather, and the entire McMahon team will remain a key part of the business and all McMahon team members will be offered careers at Drexel Building Supply. Drexel Building Supply also announced it plans to grow into a new facility and operation called Drexel Doors & Millwork, that will double capacity and employment.

“We are thrilled to welcome the McMahon family and team to the Drexel team. McMahon shares our mission to supply happiness that addresses the builders’ needs for adding value to the door and millwork section of the industry,” Drexel Building Supply wrote in the social media post.
