Central Network Retail Group (CNRG) opened a new location on May 23 in Gautier, Miss., under its NFL Home Center brand name, the company announced on May 30. The store is at the site of the former Coast Building Supply and a grand opening is scheduled for June 15-16.

The facility features a 10,000 square foot salesfloor with an assortment of hardware, paint, electrical, plumbing, and tools. The store will also have a full-service lumberyard and will meet the needs of both do-it-yourselfers and professional contractors.

“The new store is Gautier is part of our plan to expand the NFL brand along the Gulf Coast,” said Jimmy Smith, chairman of CNRG. “We were presented with a good opportunity to reopen a store that had recently closed. It fit within our strategic plans for NFL perfectly.”

CNRG currently operates 36 home centers and hardware in Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, and North Carolina, under a number of brand names. The company was formed in May 2011. CNRG acquired NFL Building Center in Daphne, Ala., on Jan. 1, 2012 and has since reopened the company’s store in Gulf Shores, Ala., under the NFL Home Center name.
