BRAVA Roof Tile, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wildhawk Investments, entered an agreement to acquire AZEK’s Paver assets. BRAVA is a manufacturer of synthetic roofing cedar shakes, slate, and Spanish barrel tiles. BRAVA Pavers are made with 95% post-consumer recycled rubber and plastics removed from the was stream.

“We are excited to bring our experience in the manufacture and sale of beautiful building products made from recycled materials to the paver market,” Adam Brantman, president of BRAVE Roof Tile, said in a news release. “Where others see post-consumer waste, we see the future of building materials. BRAVA Pavers reflect our commitment to high-performance, sustainable products.”

BRAVA Pavers are manufactured using a process that requires 95% less energy and produces 96% less carbon dioxide emissions than conventional concrete pavers, according to the company. The pavers, at one-third of the weight of comparable concrete products, use a grid system designed for installation time and are ideal for driveways, paths, patios, rooftops, balconies, and decks.
