BMC Stock Holdings acquired Heritage One Door & Carpentry, according to a news release. Heritage One is a supplier of pre-hung doors, millwork, hardware, and finish carpentry services in Sacramento, Calif.

The supplier formed in 2012 as a combination of Gardemeyer Finish Carpentry and Sacramento A-1 Door. Net sales for the company in the 12-month period ending June 20, 2019 were approximately $65 million.

“Growing and strengthening our value-added offerings is a key part of our strategy,” Dave Flitman, president and CEO of BMC, said in a press release. “With more than $60 million in annual revenues, the acquisition of Heritage One significantly increases the size and capabilities of our Millwork, Doors, and Windows business in Sacramento and the surrounding area. I am very excited to welcome the employees of Heritage One to the BMC team and to enhance the service and offerings we can provide to our customers.”

The acquisition of Heritage One is Raleigh, N.C.-based BMC’s fourth deal completed in 2019. The dealer previously acquired Kingston Lumber in August, Locust Lumber in February, and Barefoot & Company in January. The combined annual sales from the four acquisitions are nearly $200 million, according to Flitman.

BMC ranked 5th on the 2019 ProSales 100, generating sales of $3.7 billion in 2018. The dealer serves 45 metro areas across 19 states, primarily in the southern and western regions of the U.S.
