ABC Supply acquired the assets of West Friendship, Md.-based John S. Wilson Lumber Company. The acquired location will be rebranded as ABC Supply and will offer roofing, siding, decking, windows, and related trim products.

Wilson Lumber Company has built generations of loyal customers by providing unparalleled service,” Tom Kuchan, ABC Supply’s northeast region vice president, said in a news release. “We are excited that these talented associates are now part of the ABC Supply team, and we look forward to helping contractors in this growing market achieve even greater success.”
John S. Wilson Lumber Company has been family-owned and -operated since 1881. The company has provided specialty building materials to area builders and contractors. Most recently, brothers Hugh, Jim, and Craig O’Donnell served as owners of the business.
Beloit, Wis.-based ABC Supply is a wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, and other select exterior and interior building products. The company operates nearly 900 locations across the United States and Canada.
