For the first time, NLBMDA will be showcasing our national and state associations at the 2006 International Builders'Show (IBS) in Orlando, Fla. IBS, which will be held Jan. 11–14, is the largest annual light construction show in the world, with more than a million-and-a-half square feet of exhibit space featuring the latest and most advanced building products and services. NLBMDA is working with the NAHB to enhance the IBS experience for dealers.
NLBMDA's booth, which will be located in the public area of the convention center in the West Building, Booth A8, will offer dealers an opportunity to stop by to talk with NLBMDA staff, network with other dealers, and just relax for a few minutes. It also will be an opportunity for dealers and product manufacturers to see the many products and services NLBMDA and the state and regional lumber and building material associations provide.
Building material dealers are eligible for a special free four-day exhibits-only registration to the Builders' Show. The pass will provide dealers with access to see all of the latest innovations, hands-on demonstrations, and working models in more than 300 building industry categories.
