McCoy’s Building Supply recently broke ground on a new store in Liberty Hill, Texas. The project is expected to take 32 weeks and the facility is projected to open in May 2021. The Liberty Hill store will serve builders, remodelers, do-it-yourselfers, and the farm and ranch community.

“We’ve been serving the Liberty Hill market for many years from our nearby store in Georgetown,” Dan Stauffer, vice president of marketing and real estate at McCoy’s, said in a news release. “Demand for our products and services continues to grow, and we’re excited to provide our great customers in Liberty Hill and the surrounding areas with a location to call their own.”

According to McCoy’s, the design of the Liberty Hill store will reflect similar updated features of stores in Alvin and Bay City, Texas. The branch will feature spacious interior retail space, a paved lumberyard, and a large drive-through lumber storage area.

San Marcos, Texas-based McCoy’s Building Supply operates more than 90 branch locations with full-service lumberyards in Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The dealer ranked 12th on the 2020 ProSales 100 list.
