Hancock Lumber announced two leadership moves in its retail division as Eric Dolloff and Mike Boulet will assume new roles in the company.

Dolloff will move to a regional general manager role, covering the greater Portland, Midcoast, and Capital area regions in Maine, which includes Hancock Lumber’s Windham, Yarmouth, Brunswick, Damariscotta, and Augusta locations.

A 26-year Hancock veteran, Dolloff started his career with the dealer in 1998 as the Windham location’s logistic manager. He subsequently served as the operations manager at the Kennebunk store before going back to Windham in 2002. After the acquisition of Mariner Lumber, Dolloff moved back to Damariscotta to become associate manager in 2005 before being promoted to general manager in 2006.

Boulet will take on the role of general manager - retail manufacturing. In the new role, Boulet will continue to oversee Mainely Trusses in Fairfield and wall manufacturing in Windham.

Hancock Lumber said Boulet’s experience and expertise in manufacturing will help him lead all of the dealer’s component manufacturing with a focus on growth and added services for the immediate future and long-term growth.
