An employee at Hampton Lumber’s Tillamook, Ore., lumber mill was tested for coronavirus last week, according to the Tillamook Headlight Herald. The mill was closed for a full day to allow for sanitation and cleaning at the facility. Plant manager Mark Elston said the company will communicate the result of the test is returned with employees and “appropriate community leaders.” The mill reopened for normal business operations after the day-long shutdown.
