Seven-unit, Medford, N.J.-based DuBell Lumber closed after 97 years of business in mid-February. The company attempted to save itself by completing a sale to a former CEO and owner of the company, however the deal fell through. After its abrupt closing, the Cherry Hill Courier-Post reports the defunct company now faces a class-action lawsuit from its former employees.
