ABC Supply, a wholesale distributor of roofing, siding, and other exterior building products, launched myABCsupply, an online tool for contractors. The platform gives customers 24/7 access to view the status of their orders and deliveries, including delivery photos.

“One of our customers’ top priorities is the ability to check the status of their jobsite deliveries in real time,” Kathy Hendricks, executive director of customer connectivity for ABC Supply, said in a public statement. “MyABCsupply meets that need by providing detailed order and delivery information at their fingertips.”

In addition to checking order and delivery status, ABC Supply customers can view product descriptions and quantities, filter orders by type and date range, and view a map of the day’s delivery locations. Customers can access accounts at the myABCsupply website or on the distributor’s mobile app.

MyABCsupply is the next step in ABC Supply’s continued focus on information technology services and tools to connect the company with its customers. The distributor launched ABC Connect in 2015, which integrates products and pricing with industry software, enabling customers to create estimates and submit orders in real time.
