ABC Supply announced Tuesday it appointed Paul Drobnitch to the role of director of development. In his new role, Drobnitch will seek new market opportunities and businesses for the company to acquire.
“Acquisitions are a key component of our growth strategy,” said ABC Supply President and CEO Keith Rozolis. “Paul’s background and experience will be valuable in identifying the quality businesses that will help us grow and serve our customers.”
The company, which ranked No. 1 in the 2014 ProSales 100 list, most recently acquired Dealers Service & Supply in St. Louis.
Drobnitch has 20 years of experience seeking mergers and acquisitions in industries including commercial construction.
