Colleen Pritchett has joined Cornerstone Building Brands as president of U.S. windows. In the role, Pritchett will lead the company’s U.S. residential windows and doors business and will report directly to president and CEO Rose Lee.

“I am extremely pleased to welcome Colleen to the Cornerstone Building Brands team,” Rose Lee said in a news release. “Her focus on operational excellence, customer-centered wins, and inclusive leadership will enable us to accelerate our journey to become a premier exterior building solutions company.”

Pritchett brings more than 20 years of experience and “demonstrated success’ improving operations and expanding product portfolios through innovation and growth strategies to Cornerstone Building Brands, according to the company. Most recently, Pritchett served as president, Americas Aerospace, a division of Hexcel Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for a P&L business valued at over a billion dollars, as well as several thousand employees. Prior to working for Hexcel, Pritchett spent 22 years in various roles of increasing responsibility with DuPont.

Cornerstone Building Brands was formed through the merger of NCI Building Systems and Ply Gem Building Products. The Cary, N.C.-based manufacturer makes and sells vinyl windows, vinyl siding, stone veneer, metal roofing, metal wall systems, and metal accessories.
