Buildxact has entered a partnership with Builder Sourcing, a provider of streamlined rebate and discount solutions. The companies said the collaboration offers builders the option to access rebates and discounts associated to their project’s building materials at no extra cost.
The partnership between Buildxact and Builder Sourcing is intended to create efficiencies for builders in the rebate process and remove the administrative burden. Builder Sourcing partners with more than 12 brands that offer “substantial rebates” for builders.
“We love being able to help smaller builders receive the rebates that their larger competitors get because they have the scale,” said Taylor Farlan, vice president at Builder Sourcing. “With hundreds of clients, we’re able to negotiate programs that are equivalent to some of the larger builders in the country, democratizing rebates and leveling the playing field.”
Builders can manage entire projects within Buildxact where all stakeholders in the project can have access to the entire home construction project lifecycle. With program adoption, Builder Sourcing rebate submissions will be built into the Buildxact platform so subscribers can opt-in for one-click rebate participation and have the opportunity to select discounted and rebate-eligible products at the point of estimation.
