Buildxact has joined the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association’s (NLBMDA) Manufacturers and Services Council (MSC). The council is composed of building material manufacturers and service providers serving the LBM industry.
MSC members are established leaders who supply products and services to LBM dealers across the nation who share a commitment to promoting and enhancing the success of independent dealers, according to the NLBMDA.
Buildxact has added features to its estimating and project management software to address several long-term challenges the industry has faced concerning the time and accuracy required for builders to properly submit lumber orders. The company is incorporating ERP capabilities to digitize the process for greater efficiency and accuracy. Through the time saved, dealers are able to find time for sales representatives to consult and review customer plans, according to Buildxact.
