Beacon opened new locations in Terrell, Texas; Everett, Wash.; and Spokane, Wash. The Texas location further services residential and commercial roofers and the Washington branches will support specialty waterproofing contractors.

The Texas branch will serve the eastern Dallas-Fort Worth market.

“We now have nine locations in the metroplex to help contractors who want a convenient branch to pick up materials,” Peter Lippert, regional vice president of Texas, said. “For contractors who require job-site delivery, the Beacon OTC network links our branches’ inventory and fleet allowing us to deliver on-time and minimize fuel and emissions. Whether for pick up or delivery, contractors benefit from the Beacon PRO+ app to run their businesses more efficiently.”

The branches in Washington offer a full catalog of waterproofing, glass, and glazing products.

“The teams at these locations have the technical know-how to assist customers with solutions for constructing and maintaining resiliency resulting in sustainable buildings,” Steve Artz, regional vice president of waterproofing in the West, said.

Beacon has opened ten new locations and completed four acquisitions that added 23 branches year-to-date in 2024 as part of the organization’s Ambition 2025 plan.

Herndon, Va.-based Beacon operates a network of over 560 branches throughout all 50 states in the U.S. and seven provinces in Canada.
