Armstrong World Industries (AWI), a manufacturer of ceiling and wall solutions, acquired Kansas City, Mo.-based A. Zahner Company. Zahner works in the design, engineering, and fabrication of exterior architectural metal solutions.

Zahner is known for its collaborative design and metal fabrication capabilities for large and complex projects.

Zahner currency has production facilities in Missouri and Texas. The company is projected to generate revenue of approximately $42 million in 2024.
