ABC Supply, a wholesale distributor of roofing and exterior and interior building products, promoted 51 of its branch managers to the role of managing partners.

In order to be selected as a managing partner, branch managers must meet “rigorous requirements” in associate development, customer satisfaction, branch performance, safety compliance, and excellence in overall business practices, according to ABC Supply.

As managing partners, the employees will continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of their branches while taking on the added responsibility of serving on ABC Supply’s national branch advisory board. There are currently 440 branch managers in ABC Supply’s managing partner program.
