McCoy’s Building Supply promoted Jessica Walshak to a new role as the director of marketing and advertising for the dealer.
Walshak began her career with the San Marcos, Texas-based dealer in 2013 working in customer communications and store event planning. Walshak also worked with customer data integrity, reporting, and analytics before being promoted to marketing manager in March of 2018. In her previous role, Walshak managed digital and email marketing, website content, and social media channels.
“I appreciate being trusted by our company leadership with the broader responsibility and deeper impact that comes with my new role,” Walshak said in a public statement. “Marketing best serves the McCoy customer when there is tight-knit integration with our merchandising team and our operations and sales teams who intersect with customers face-to-face every day. I look forward to discovering and implementing new ways to help our store employees feel even more equipped to serve customers in their local communities.”
McCoy’s Building Supply operates more than 90 locations with full-service lumberyards in Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The dealer ranked 12th on the 2019 ProSales 100, generating $884.4 million in revenue during 2018.
