The members of the inaugural PROSALES/KOMA Four Under 40 Class of 2015 have been revealed.
The four are: Jaime Villanueva, Store Manager of TW Perry in Gaithersburg, Md.; Charlie Bradburn, Branch Manager of ABC Millwork & Cabinetry in Chanhassen, Minn.; Justin Ellis, President of Builders Do it Center in Roswell and Artesia, N.M.; and Margaret Price, Owner and President of Ridgefield Supply in Ridgefield, Conn.
The ProSales/KOMA Four Under 40 Class of 2015 represents the best of the next generation of leaders in building material supply and highlights employees under the age of 40 in the LBM industry who demonstrate potential to lead the industry in years to come.
"At KOMA Building Products, we believe it’s essential to have a new generation of leaders willing to step up and take responsibility for the continued growth and direction of our industry," said Troy Sinks, KOMA national sales manager. "We’re confident Jaime, Charlie, Justin and Margaret represent the best of the best, and we enthusiastically welcome them, and their peers, to the future."
As part of the award, the winners will speak as part of a panel on next-generation leaders at this year’s ProSales 100 Conference in New Orleans on Feb. 25-27. That panel, titled “Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow,” will be led by PROSALES assistant editor Tim Regan and cover the opportunities and possible problems that the LBM industry will face in years to come.
