“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” This quote from Benjamin Franklin certainly rings true for all three of this year’s Excellence Award winners. One dealer asked for input from employees and customers before completely redesigning its facility, which helped it grow retail sales by about 35% over the course of a single year. The other two winners launched education programs that thoroughly impressed our judges. All three are proof that knowledge can play a critical role in your pursuit of excellence.
