Green Building Elements showcases a new environmentally-friendly building material: Ecor, a strong yet lightweight natural corrugated fiberboard.

The material, from Noble Environment Technologies, is 100% bio-based, made using waste fibers and water and applying pressure and heat, with no formaldehyde, chemicals, or additives.

Ecor can be made from recycled fibers ranging from cardboard to wood to various agricultural fibers like wheat straw and hemp. An Ecor panel is similar to components like Sheetrock and particle board, but is lighter and more flexible. The fiberboard can be used for construction, interior furnishings, and various other consumer and professional applications. Read more >
