Curtis Lumber, the ProSales 2004 Dealer of the Year is caught in the midst of a family feud as president Jay Curtis is suing Ballston Spa National Bank for allegedly permitting his brother, Todd Curtis, to spend money from a family trust improperly. The Curtis brothers became involved in a separate legal dispute earlier this year, according to court records, after Todd Curtis and Curtis Industrial Park LLC attempted to evict Jay Curtis and Curtis Lumber from building supply stores in Hoosick Falls and Schuylerville.
