Lowe's, one of the nation's largest big box retailers, is pivoting to 25% of its consumers it identifies as professional contractors.

"The beautiful thing about the pro customer is that every day they need products," Mike Horn, head of Lowe's for Pros, the program designed to speed up and ease service for contractors. "I'll never be happy until they buy only from Lowe's."
