ENAP announced the opening of a sales office in Monroe, La., as part of its regional growth strategy intended to increase its membership base in the South.

The New Windsor, N.Y.-based building material cooperative hired Robert Carson as vice president of business development to oversee the staff and operations in the southern region.

“We will build upon our success in the South and expand our capabilities and membership in the South and Southwest,” said ENAP’s chairman David Sutherland. “We feel strongly that our value proposition of buying power, strong customer service, and transparency will resonate with independent dealers.”
