Central Network Retail Group (CNRG) has acquired Central True Value of Moncks Corner, S.C.

Central True Value sells lumber, hardware, tools, and paint to both professionals and DIY customers. CNRG will rebrand the store and operate it as a Marvin’s homecenter.

“The Housand family have built and operate a great business and we are excited about the opportunity to continue providing a great store for the Moncks Corner community,” Jimmy R. Smith, chairman of CNRG, stated in the press release.

In the same release, CNRG announced several store openings and relocations. it will open a new Parkrose Hardware store in Vancouver, Wash. Its new Home Hardware Center opened in Monroe, La., in March. Its Elliott’s store moved to a new Dallas location on Inwood Road and its Town & Country Hardware moved to a new location in the Chapel Hill, N.C. market. Both relocations have helped the locations to “[expand their] product assortments and customer service.”
