Barker, whose previous employers include Ingersoll-Rand, Hubbell Lighting, Polaris Industries, and Royston, will lead the company's
Continuous Improvement Program, and report directly to BMC CEO Peter Alexander.

The company also appointed Terry Arnold to the role of vice president of human resources, Noah Gay to the position of vice president, controller, and Sherrie Ricker to director of tax.
